Returns
Every Re’em piece is made with intention. If something isn’t right, we will make it right.
The window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
What cannot be returned
Some pieces are final by nature:
- Final sale and limited run pieces
- Custom and made-to-order pieces
- Fragrances and elixirs — sealed for hygiene
- Anything showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
How to return
Write to yechiel@reem.one with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send a prepaid return label within two business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We exchange for different sizes of the same piece, subject to availability. Follow the same process as a return and tell us the size you need.
Damaged or defective pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
International orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred. We recommend using a tracked service.
